Cindy Holloway Promoted to Assistant Farm Manager
If you’ve been around Worrell Land Services for very long, you know Cindy Holloway is a huge asset to our team. In the nearly 20 years she’s been on board, she’s proven herself highly capable of handling a variety of projects. She knows the ins and outs of the hundreds of complicated details that come through our office. She’s great at solving problems, and her ag background is exceedingly valuable. Cindy has risen to the occasion when we tapped her to play a larger role within Farm Management in recent years, applying her giftedness with details and deadlines to help further elevate the level of service and responsiveness we provide our Farm Management clients. The clients and farm operators with whom we work already know and love Cindy – her willingness to stick with a challenge, find the answer and solve the problem. We are thrilled to promote Cindy to Assistant Farm Manager, officially recognizing the important role she plays.

Cynthia Staake Joins Team to Augment Farm Management & Appraisal Services
Cynthia Staake has been a part of our team since February 2020, serving in a part-time role within our Farm Management segment while finishing her Bachelor degree in Agribusiness Management from Illinois College. After Cynthia graduates in December, she will join our team full-time in a hybrid role that helps us best serve clients long into the future. Cynthia will work alongside Luke and Cindy as Farm Management Coordinator, helping to maintain and grow the level of service we provide to our clients. Additionally, Cynthia will begin working toward her State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. She will likely be licensed in late 2023, as the program is quite laborious. Appraisal requests continue to flood in, so we’re grateful Cynthia will be joining Allan Worrell, Bill Pherigo, and Katie Walter in meeting the appraisal needs of the region long into the future.

Cynthia worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for nearly 20 years before going back to school. We love that she brings a lifetime of experiences, plus the freshness of recent ag business education. She’s a quick learner and great communicator. Cynthia is no stranger to hard work, as she’s accustomed to working alongside her farmer husband, Jerrod, in the fields. Please join us in welcoming Cynthia Staake to the Worrell Land Services family.

Note: Internally, we refer to her as Cynthia because it’s too confusing to have two Cindys in one small team. But, she does usually go by Cindy.

What does all this mean for you?

Exceptional service! What it doesn’t mean? Stressing about who to call about what. Luke remains your Accredited Farm Manager, the leader of the Farm Management team, and is intimately entrenched with the details of each farm we’re blessed to manage. He, Cindy and Cynthia work closely together as a team. When you contact us with questions about your farm, we’ll be sure the right person on our Farm Management team tackles the task!
