Luke Worrell, Managing Broker for Worrell Land Services, LLC has been recognized as a part of the 2020 APEX Producers Club by the Realtors® Land Institute as a part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report. Luke was recognized by RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus as well as The Land Report’s Co-founder Eric O’Keefe at a special awards ceremony on Wednesday, March 17, during RLI’s 2021 Virtual National Land Conference.

“It was a privilege to serve many great families in 2020 with land sales and purchases. Although 2020 was a difficult year in many ways, the land market proved to be strong and 2021 even appears to be gaining strength,” said Luke Worrell upon receiving the award. Worrell is a four-time member of the APEX Producers Club since its inception in 2017. Calculated according to the award criteria, Luke’s qualifying sales volume for 2020 was $28,082,888. Luke’s professional accomplishments have previously been recognized by RLI National with the 2018 Rising Star Award, an honor conferred to an aspiring leader, and the 2017 ALC-to-ALC Networking Award for the largest land transaction nationwide based on sales volume that was brokered by two Accredited Land Consultants. Luke is currently Vice President Elect for RLI National, serving a four-year term on RLI’s Executive Committee, making him the Institute’s 2023 National President.

“We are proud of Luke and all of our members that were recognized as part of our award programs for their accomplishments in 2020. They truly are the cream of the crop when it comes to land real estate professionals,” said RLI’s CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE.

All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Producers Club are active members of RLI and have at least $4M of qualifying dollar volume in closed land sales in 2020. More information about the Realtors Land Institute can be found at www.rliland.com.
