Seller will convey by Trustee Deed, and will furnish title insurance in amount of the purchase price. Seller will pay the second half 2023 real estate taxes payable in 2024 by giving Buyer(s) a credit against the purchase price. Further, a credit will be given at closing for 2024 real estate taxes prorated to the date of closing.
