ISPFMRA Mid-Year Survey on Illinois Land Values & Lease Trends
August 27, 2025
Illinois farmland values softened during the first half of 2025 and are expected to remain steady or decline modestly through the end of the year, according to a mid-year survey by the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ISPFMRA).
